The Harford Fair Board of Directors is sponsoring a contest to design the cover for the 2011 Harford Fair book. If you are interested in submitting an entry, please read the rules and fill out an entry blank for the School Department, as the covers will be displayed in the School House. Deadline for entries is August 1st. Call the fair office if you have any questions on filling out the entry blank!
